Waited over an hour past my appointment time. When I finally got in, felt rushed. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and confused about my insurance. Very disappointed.

The actual dental work was fine, Dr. Park knows his stuff. But the billing department is a nightmare. They double-charged my insurance and it took 3 weeks and 5 calls to resolve. Would go back for the dentistry, but the admin side needs serious work.

Brought my 4-year-old for her first dental visit and Dr. Mitchell was AMAZING with her. So patient, explained everything in kid-friendly terms, and my daughter actually said she wants to go back! The kid's area in the waiting room is adorable too.

Got Invisalign here and the treatment itself is going okay, but communication has been terrible. I never know when my next appointment is, they cancel without notice, and getting someone on the phone is impossible. For $5,000 I expect better service.
